As we love Ruby On Rails, it was a pleasure to hear that there was an international conference in Helsinki. The main topics on Frozen Rails were Github, document oriented databases like MongoDB & CouchDB, mobile apps with Rails, testing with Cucumber and of course a talk about Rails 3.

That sounds interesting! We had never heard about something like that but after some quick research,we found a plugin that did the job. But it was not on the dashboard, and with an overall bad user experience. So after discussing it in the office, we decided to make better one from scratch.

We were approached by Astrid Anquetil ( low impact girl ) and her mommy concerning her 2 year lasting quest for low impact-ness. We fully support the idea of showing people alternative ways of being low impact, instead of taking cold showers with a bucket of water in ‘putteke winter’. A great feature of Wordpress is that you can install and delete plugins through the FTP functionality in the admin panel. Although it never worked on my locally installed Wordpress. After a couple try-outs, the solution is quite simple, so you can FTP with the user name and password of your computer account.
